We can't say enough about the positive buying experience we had with Ivan as our Realtor.  At the start we weren't completely certain what we wanted in our next house.  Over the course of about six months, he patiently listened, took us through many viewings, and presented different options.  We found him not only professional but extremely personable as well.  In addition, his background  and knowledge in home construction was a huge bonus. Once we narrowed down exactly what we wanted, he set out to find it, and within a week we had an accepted offer on our new home.   We would highly recommend him to friends and family.

We began looking for a home in Cochrane in April, 2020 and every time we tried to book a showing, we would end up with realtors from Calgary that could not give us any information on Cochrane, the neighbourhoods or what might end up getting built behind us at new properties.

With a bit of research, we found Ivan and decided he would be perfect for us as he was a long time Cochrane resident, home builder, Mayor and realtor.

His guidance and patience have been invaluable during the last seven months of showings as one home after another was lost as our home had not yet sold.
